Free 30-Minute Consultation & Feasibility Check
During your free consultation, we’ll determine the ideal ADU size and placement for your lot. We’ll also flag any red-tape hurdles early and answer all your questions about planning, design, and construction.
Design, Permitting & Construction Documents
Our ADU-only design team tailors a plan (or customizes one of our pre-designed models) to fit your property and goals. We then prepare the full permit set—site plan, structural engineering, Title 24, and all code details—so your project sails through plan check.
Turnkey Build & Expert Project Management
Our licensed and insured building partners handle everything from site prep to final inspection.
We manage the schedule, crews, and quality control, keeping your ADU on time, on budget, and move-in ready—without you playing general contractor.

Restorative Submersion & Contrast Therapy
This package is an architectural integration designed to transform the ADU into a private wellness sanctuary. It centers on the biological benefits of hydrotherapy—using temperature and submersion to regulate the nervous system.
The Vessel: A choice of a freestanding volcanic limestone tub or a custom-integrated Japanese Ofuro (cedar) soaking tub.
The Engineering: Designed with ergonomic precision for full-body buoyancy, allowing for deep parasympathetic relaxation.
The Hardware: Floor-mounted high-flow fillers to ensure a rapid, temperature-stable fill.
Aromatherapy Integration: Automated infusion of organic essential oils (Eucalyptus, Cedar, or Lavender) into the steam delivery.
For clients focusing on the Vitality track, the steam suite is paired with a dedicated cold recovery system.
The Plunge: A self-cleaning, chilled water vessel maintained at a constant 39°F–50°F.
Architectural Integration: Plumbed directly into the ADU’s drainage and filtration manifold for a seamless, "no-maintenance" user experience.
Cover/Decking: Custom-matched wood or stone cabinetry that hides the mechanical chilling unit.

Circadian Alignment & Neurological Sanctuary
This package aligns with the Mind and Soul tenets—nervous system regulation and deep recovery. This is about turning the bedroom into a "zero-stress" zone.
Circadian Lighting Integration: Smart lighting that automatically mimics the sun’s natural progression (warm hues at night, blue-rich light in the morning) to regulate melatonin.
EMF Shielding: Building-biology-certified shielding in the walls of the bedroom to block electromagnetic frequencies during sleep.
Climate & Air Purity: Ultra-quiet HEPA air purification and precision temperature control (keeping the space at the optimal 65-68°F for deep sleep).
Acoustic Isolation: Sound-dampening architectural materials to ensure a "silent" environment, regardless of the outside world.

Suite
Kinetic Vitality & Bio-Reactive Recovery
This is the "experiential" upgrade. It’s for the client who wants their ADU to function as a private high-end gym or recovery spa.
Bespoke Thermal Suite: Saunas or custom cold plunges live.
Wall-Integrated Fitness: Minimalist, high-end equipment like a "NOHrD" wall or a Mirror gym that disappears when not in use.
Earthing/Grounding Flooring: Natural material flooring that allows for a "connected" feeling during yoga or meditation.
Bio-Reactive Recovery: Infrared heat panels integrated into the walls or ceiling for passive muscle recovery while the client is in the space.
